Department of Petrochemical Technology was established in the academic year 2014-15 by the EXCEL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS with the objective to fulfilling the demand of well qualified petrochemical Technologists in the world. It offers a 4 year B.Tech. Degrees programme in Petrochemical Technology and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. It has ample dedicated faculty members in petroleum Engineering, chemical engineering, Geologist with rich experience in academics, industry and research. The department has well equipped and state of the art laboratories with good acoustic conditions.
